Well since September I have been working on the wifes bike, I had to reform the frame on both sides (dented) replace the forks and figured what the heck might as well just redo the whole bike. Here is a pic let me know what you all think good bad or indifferant.

The frame is gloss black and there are just enough silver accents here and ther that I think it looks good.

Better pics to follow ths is with me cell phone.

Jimmy

Thanks

I used Devcon aluminum (spelling) putty on it. Getting the lines to look right was the hardest process of it all but after many hours sanding and forming and fiting frame pucks I got it to where I was happy with it. I had the rear swingarm powdercoated and the guy buffed it to a high gloss for me, his work is awesome.

Thanks

I am waiting on the paint and clear coat to cure for about a month so I can wet sand it and buff it and then the pucks are going on.

This is the best looking Buell (not just XB) I've ever seen. The painted frame is sick and the mix of black and silver is just enough to not have the bike look monochromatic.

Js the headers are ceramic coated, I could not believe how much cooler the bike ran with the headers coated. I need to take some mothers to them and polish it out a little more.

Firebolt we previously owned the bike, we bought it with some tank damage on it ( I knew she would put it down at least once) so I did not want to buy her something brand new and I could be like look baby it was already messed up.
