Call/email the company and ask to see quantitative evidence (dynamometer charts) of the same bike before and after the stuffers were installed.

if you wish to save money, and experiment with the concept, just take a 16 oz ball pein hammer and dimple the exhaust header close to the exhaust port. hammer down to your desired level of restriction. be sure and do a baseline dyno run first so we can compare your results. and good luck.
