Okay, last request, I swear!

Need a part number for a black front fender. I'm assuming it's the same piece for all years, both S and R.

Can you tell I'm getting my Ss ready for a cosmetic update?

Thanks!

I memorize the ones I seem to post every day like various body parts, yet those are the easiest ones to lookup.

Interesting tidbit of info:

I just ordered the Kick Ash airbox cover, and they've changed the name. The parts guy said when he plugged the number in, a new part has superceded the Kick Ash, something called "Hercules Illuminated". Part number is identical. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what comes in!

I bet the political correctness bunch got their hands on it. "We cannot use the word 'kick', it sounds too violent."

I still see it as Kick Ash online, so who knows.

Can someone tell me the difference between a US CF front fender and an International CF front fender? And why there's only 1 normal (non-CF) front fender in my parts manual?

I thought that all XB front fenders were the same since the beginning of (XB) time...

Can you post the part numbers? Are you sure its a international version, and not a different style like a race version?

It's just one of the small, minute details I focused on while looking in the latest accessory catalog:

XB CF FF DOM and HDI

XB CF FF DOM and HDI 2

The only part number listed for a front fender in my '08 XT parts book for a normal XB front fender like the XT has is M1662.---

Good question. I will play around and see what I can dig up.
