Author Message   Chrisrogers3 Posted on Friday, February 13, 2009 - 04:36 pm:        So I need a part number for the relay center cover (the big ugly black box that is to the left of the left of the gauges). I have the parts manual for the 08's BUT that piece doesnt seem to be listed. The fuse box cover is listed but not the relay center. Also looking for the red retainer that holds everything in place on the relay center. I am hoping that other years may have this detailed out a little better. Any insight??? Thanks!   Petebueller Posted on Saturday, February 14, 2009 - 09:18 am:        I can't find it in my 2007 manual either. I think that it may be the same cover for both sides. The cover (Y0160.1AA) comes with the decal for the fuses. You'd need to get the decals C0178.3A8B to use it as a relay cover. Instead of shooting me if I'm wrong, you could just try the fuse box cover to see if it fits on the relay block, then you'll know if it will work. Pete-The fuse box cover does indeed work on the relay side-for some reason the fuse cover is 28 bucks though. I just found the 09 man has it so I went ahead and ordered it. I have parts manuals for 2008 Lightning and Ulysses and the relay Top cover is missing from then as well. Chris,would you mind posting a follow-up to this thread if it fits OK? I have a toggle switch for my heated hand grips fitted into the cavity where a 4th relay would fit. I'm going to fit a Uly handlebar switch block with a heater switch, and I'll need to either fill the hole where the toggle came through or replace the top cover.
