I'm thinking about stimulating the economy and using some of my tax return to buy rearsets. Looking at the stock photo of the rearset kit ( http://www.woodcraft-cfm.com/Scripts/prodView.asp? idproduct=17454 ), it appears that the shift and brake pedals are different than the pictures shown if you were to look at buying the shift or brake pedal separately. ( http://www.woodcraft-cfm.com/Scripts/prodView.asp? idproduct=17457 and http://www.woodcraft-cfm.com/Scripts/prodView.asp? idproduct=17458 )

Is the stock photo of the rearset kit just a bad photo of the kit and the brake and shifter pedals are the same as shown in the other two links? I'd hate to pay $350 and not get what I expected. I've seen several pictures of bikes with these rearsets, and they all appear to have the break and shift pedals that are shown in the second two links.

I'd take my wife on a cruise instead, still stimulating the economy ; ) The stock ones work just as good : D

I would pickup the levers from Precision Engineering instead. Made in America and a Badweb sponsor. They don't make the bracket thing as far as I know, just the levers.

Fravel, I have that setup and my brake and shifter pedals are like what's shown in your second and third link. I use their brake pedal but not their shifter pedal. The knurling on the shifter toepiece is so deep and sharp that it was chewing up my boots on upshifts. You right foot will never slip off the brake pedal though!

Dcmortalcoil are you there buddy? Did you get my pm?

Oddalloy, thanks for answering my question. You are the first person in a week's time to actually answer my question. I even emailed woodcraft and had a hard time getting a straight answer out of them.

Fravel, You could ask K3XB for specifics, he just put a set of them on a track day magazine XBR, he likes them due to industrial construction and ease of replacing bent pieces. Personally, I like my Sato rearsets.

Check in this forum for red white and buell,

Dcmortalcoil, did you ever receive a PM from me? I'm hoping I had dibs on the rearsets since you offered them to me.
