Just receive my drummer ss today after a waiting period of 14 months. Doesn't matter that I had to wait that long, it's what I wanted and now I got it. This pipe's a beauty. Since it's winter here it'll give me time to put it on. Thanks Kevin    (Message edited by ray_xb on January 30, 2009) | ||

Thanks guys but like ''doubled'' said I have nothing to do with the fact that this pipe look so good. I just bought it. Kevin is the artist who did this wonderful work. It was very cool to talk to him on the phone. He is always available if you have questions. It was great doing business with you. I have only good things to say about Kevin and his work. I'll probably install the pipe this week and will post a sound clip when it's done. | ||

Hey Ray, I feel your pain - I waited 8 1/2 months for my Drummer SS, but I'd do it all over again. It's been on my '06 Ss for just over 2 years now and I absolutely love the way it sounds, looks, and performs. It hasn't given me an ounce of trouble and commonly gets complimented. BIG props to Kevin - he builds a top quality "AMERICAN MADE" product for our Buells and everyone on here needs to know that! | ||

I dunno, I mean I know it's a quality pipe and Kevin is a stand up guy and yadda yadda...but I find it highly annoying (and you should too) that I read in the 1125 forum about all of the R&D work and time that is going into creating a pipe for that bike, and YOU had to wait 14 (!!) months for your pipe. That doesn't seem quite right to me. Looks sharp tho. | ||

Andymnelson: I know what you mean but I knew from the start that the waiting list was long. If i didn't want to wait I could have bought another pipe but I wanted a drummer and knew from the get go what I was in for. Bo sox: Glad to hear that you're a happy customer.
