Author Message   Joojoo Posted on Thursday, January 01, 2004 - 10:40 pm:        Hey guys, After being part of this group for a while now, Im pretty sure that Buell Corporation spends at least some time looking through our feedback, gaining new ideas on how to make the products better. Im also sure, that they dont want to come out and start a thread asking for new ideas and suggestions (not very corporate....). My thought, is to compile a list of suggestions regarding future designs, and changes to current models. Once we have a good list together, Ill compile it, and e-mail it to Buell. Hopefully they will take a look at our ideas, and maybe, just maybe, a couple of them will cause a few eyebrows to raise. I mean, after all, were the ones living with these wonderful gifts on wheels.... My suggestion for Buell: The dashboard. Id like to see the future dashboard package a little more, well, streetfighterish. A little more titanium finish, a little more "in your face" style. Maybe a couple nice brushed metal guages, with a big RPM dial... its the only thing I could find on my machine (12S) that Id like changed.... Write em up guys, lets help our favorite company out a bit! The new bikes look great, but I'm 6'4" and on a Firebolt look and feel like I am riding a "shriners" mini bike. I own a 2001 M2 and a friend who is 6'7" owns a S3. Don't forget us. The japs and europeans know this and are offering many choices. If you dont think this is profitable, ask Yamaha with their FZ-1! Yes a cafe fairing and detachable hardbags. This would stop my friends from buying BMW/Ducatis!
