Ray, the cans are interchangeable between 9's and 12's. The Race ECM's are not.

The XB9 Drummer has a narrower tailpipe than the XB12.

I just rode my bike today for the first time with the race muffler. From 4-6K rpms it definitely pulled and that's usually where I ride. I like the sound of it too.

Haven't done the race ecm yet but seeing that I ride at 6-8K feet in elevation the stock ecm appears to working quite well. Another bueller told us he tried both the stock and race ecm and couldn't tell the difference.

"From 4-6K rpms it definitely pulled and that's usually where I ride."

The truth is in the charts, and that is not what's indicated. (We're talkin' about XB9 here I presume; cannot speak for 12.) Has everyone forgotten about the Exhaust Shootout? Open the link, click on "XB Exhaust Shootout Test Report": http://www.americansportbike.com/

Read the "XB Exhaust Shootout Test Report". Its scientific, and addresses fueling as well.

Have the race ECM in now, thanks to 03worc9r. The bike ran great and love the sound.
