This is the second time. Those two little sheet metal pieces that hold the horn, I think it's time I beefen these up. The first time was on a 380 mile ride, couldn't figure out the noise until I got there. This time it was the second day with my special ops pipe on, man I love that pipe! Anybody else keep having this issue?

I just recently put in a new flasher for LEDs and noticed the whole unit was loose. No problems though.

Alright, found some good ideas with a search, I'm just going to make a new and improved bracket, and never have to deal with it again!

Well Jeffroj, I had the same problem and made my own bracket out of a stainless steel ruler that some kid left in my class. It has been the bomb and will not break. Stop dropping that front end down so much from those wheelies LOL.

That's the reason why my steering head bearings need to be replaced! One day, I hope, I will be able to just ride it and not have to worry about these little problems.
