Firebolt020283- I polished the header yes, as soon as I get em hot they will turn a real nice gold | ||

Sfinton- 100, 200, 400, 600 grit sand paper, then a medium grade polishing wheel with tripoli compound. | ||

How long did it take you to polish the header? Does anyone know how long it will last or is it something you have to stay on every month? | ||

Sfinton- a good 2 hours or so is all it took, as far it lasting. it wont stay silver if thats what your asking, but the glossy finish isnt going anywhere fast. oxygen, ekass,- good idea on the forks! |
