Has anyone heard if Force has got their exhaust figured out so it wont break apart on the XB's?After redesigning the front mount on the tube framers,it seems to holding up great.I hope it gets figured out for the XB's.

Wycked... I "think" that the force pipe is a header as opposed to a "muffler". I could be talking out my arse though.

How does it compare with the Drummer?

It blows it away. (IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM SHOULD THIS BE TAKEN FOR CRITICISM) So far, it's the best performing system out there for an XB.

Picewise, you can buy two Drummers and still have some change left over for stickers compared to the Force/Nallin pipe.

so Noface, the Force pipe is better [horse power wise] than the Drummer? Barring the pipe failure issue. LOL

The Force pipe is also a header and not just a canister. The Drummer is just a canister.

They have done this and done this even of the days when I had my tuber. When Scooter from ATC came here to WI. for the 20th.He had a proto on his XB and it broke 5 min after he arrived in the host hotel lot. That prompted a quick weld from a buddy that broke again the next day.Force over nighted a new pipe to Scott the next day which I think also cracked. They make awesome performing pipe no doubt but They even redesigned the tuber pipes and still had the same results.I hope they do get it right for the XB's truly I do.

BadS1,
Every exhaust system known to man has broken on the tube frame bikes. Buell systems included.

Hasnfefr,
Yes, it whups it in hp and torque. And the sound is totally awesome. Nothing else to really compare it with. Other pipes run and hide from these monsters.

FWIW,Battle 2Win 1999 Volume 3,issue 1,did a test of some exhausts via dyno. The results were as follows:Stock average T 64.8,HP 61.6,Force no baffle T 66.5,HP 60.4,Force with baffle T 67.0,HP 60.7,Super Trapp 15 disks T 62.1,HP 53.7,KT Exhaust T 60.5,HP 57.9,Borla T 63.4,HP 60.4,Tri-cone T 63.3,HP 57.7.The STOCK exhaust had the best HP,and T.At best, the Force with baffle was better on torque by 2.2,but was down on HP by .9.My suggestion is UNLESS you are doing some head and motor work, stick with the stock exhaust! The Force exhaust seems to do well on a motor that has been NALLINIZED,but on a stock motor is a HUGE waste of dollars.

That was a first generation Force pipe. the current one is a whole different deal, and the XB version is a different deal yet. I've tested those old ones and the Battle2win article is right, they don't work well.

The current Force pipe does little or nothing for an M2 with stock cams, but with cams with a little overlap (i.e. S1/X1/S3/XB), it works extremely well. Our big-bore version is terrific for bikes with motor mods.

Aaron, the 1999 Force pipe looks like my 2000 Force pipe, but the new exhaust has a redesigned better front mount.I cant tell there is any difference between these two pipes,so Im thinking that test was with the current Tube frame Force design. My point was just the Force exhaust works GREAT if you do the motor work but is just loud and can hurt your performance if you bolt it up to a stock motor, like the M2 they dynoed.Force has the rep.as THE pipe to run,on the tube framers that is.If Force cant get it to hold up,their loss.Im glad to see THE DRUMMER,that gives guys a better performing exhaust, that sounds great, and will hold up and not fall apart while riding.PLUS the cost is a great incentive to buy it!Maybe if Force would use a beefer metal they wouldnt break so easy?I myself would be glad to have an exhaust that was a few pounds heavier that would hold up and wouldnt fall apart.Time will tell............
