Talk to Traxxion Dynamics, they'll have you talked into a penske shock in no time and for good reason. |

Yeah, get a Penske from American Sport Bike. They are expensive, but again performance is relative.... relative to how much, how long and why. Go for the Penske Shock! CBJ |

No shock should cost $1800, that's more than I've been offered on my whole bike. |

Mikej - I know guys how have $10k just in their front suspension on their bikes. I guess its all a matter of where you want to spend you money. If I was a professional racer, or just a weekend racer with a ton of money - I wouldnt think twice about dropping 1800 on a shock provided it was the best I could get. Suspension on the track is pretty darn important from what Im seeing in my limited experience. |

Mike: Where did you see $1800? A triple adjustable Penske runs around $1000. Granted I haven't seen any XB specific pricing. Henrik |

I would go with a Penske. They have been well proven on the all the works and semi-works race Buells. I dont know of any Ohlins shocked race XB's + the Penske is closer to $1000. 119. |
