I've googled and searched around, but I can't seem to find where to buy the headlight bezels (the black plastic surround things). They weren't on my bike when I got them, and the headlights burned the paint a bit underneath the lights. If I could get them, would they even fit? I have the Sharkskinz clone full fairing in my profile pic. The only ones I found were carbon fiber at American Sport Bike.

Good question.

Also, how do the originals come off?

I emailed American Sport Bike about it, since they got the carbon fiber ones.

I got mine from Buell. It was October 2006 and they cost me $32.00 each, ouch is more like it. They are held on with double sided tape. I only bought one so i don't have two part #'s. The part # for the left bezel is M0064.02A8

Cool thanks guys. I looked through the Buell OEM parts and didn't find it, guess I missed them. I hope they'll fit, my fairing looks almost like stock in terms of size and posistioning.

Skin, painting what bezels? I don't have any, and I dunno if they will fit my Hal's fairing. It wouldn't be cheaper to paint the CF ones, there like 100 bucks a piece. I was thinking of getting some stock bezels.

I meant tape off and paint the actual fairing where the bezels go. You may end up buying bezels that don't fit. Painting the fairing itself would eliminate the possibility of being stuck with bezels that don't fit. Just an idea.

Ahhh my bad man! I knew I was probably mistaken. I don't want the bezels for looks, jsut to keep the paint from burning/bubbling underneath. So maybe like what your saying, paint underneath or paint the bezel shape and I guess use high-temp paint to deal with the headlights heat? I know when I do my HID conversion it will be cooler to the paint then the halogens now.
