I'm helping a friend set up a track bike and I would like to start with them as a baseline. For example the stock setting for 180-200 lbs requires 5 lines of front preload and the 4th ramp on the rear shock so the settings above would definately stiffen the suspension up. That might be a little harsh for regular street riding but I'm using them to help set a baseline for a friend's track bike. Should be just about right!
