You can also order this one.

I have it also, the quality is nowhere near as good as the VR1000 model tho.

And you can also pick up the S3 that was part of the 4 pack of HD models. I have a single bike as well as the 4 bike set in the box.

just have to pick up that lightning model you posted & i will have every buell model that has been produced...I think. Dont even know if they ever released any of the old RR's or anything.

What do you think about the Vance&Hines V-rod drag bike model? looks pretty damn cool to me.

Gonna be my X-mas present to myself.:D

I've got the little white Firebolt as well. If they ever give me a permanent desk here at Mazda I might be tempted to bring it in so I can show people here what I ride (Fairuboto-o nori-masu!)

Pretty well detailed, and while probably not worth $26, I had to get one (and for reference I think I paid more like $35US for mine!).

So do I, I'm happy with the yellow since I couldn't get black but if I find a black one, I'm getting it too !!

CJ,
Could you paint the yellow one black? I got a Porsche Boxter diecast model & painted the interior to match mine.

Jerseyguy, I probably could but probably won't ! I'd mess it up somehow, I'm just going to leave it in the little case and eventually I bet someone will find/produce/sell a black one !!

No cyclone.

Just the XB's.

The only tube frames ever produced that I am aware of are the 2 I mentioned. The super tiny S3 & that Avon tires model.

Thats stupid, you can still order them from the libertyville IL store for something like $42.

maybe I should buy their entire stock & make a killing on ebay?

Dyna,
It appears this one isn't the same as the one you and I have.
Ours are die cast metal right? This one says cast resin.

I'll have to check mine when I get home...

Nope same one. I just checked mine & its body is definetely not cast metal.

The VR1000 model is metal.

Crap, your right. I go the two mixed up.
They are both fun to look at and hold!
Later when winter REALLY sets in you'll probably find me pushing them around on the floor making putt putt sounds..

Thanks to blazin for the pics of the XB9S model on ebay... I bid on this one last night and won it (paid $30.50 incl shipping, pretty steep but just under my pain threshold). Funny, was actually lurking around the board to get info on Avon Azzaro Sport II tires and accidentally came across this posting because I constructed the search incorrectly ('or' instead of 'and'). I have a yellow '03 Lightning Low and know this model will be a good way to brighten up an otherwise inhumanely grey and small corporate cubicle.
