Author Message   Mikef5000 Posted on Thursday, October 30, 2008 - 12:08 am:        I went on a hundred mile ride last weekend two up... and when I came back I found my license plate completely smashed (by the back tire). I didn't think the Scg had this much suspension travel! That's got to be a good 5-6 inches! (that's what she said) Before: This was more than halfway through the ride, and there's no contact yet! I bent the plate up more (under the tail light). I have seen the plates get bent back from the force of the wind itself, if there was no backing to the plate. I've adjusted the suspension for two up riding and the plate hits every time. Not sure if it would be legal where you live but it would work...   U4euh Posted on Friday, October 31, 2008 - 01:21 pm:        I had the same exact problem, then i made a 20 degree baracket that goes in the same location as above, points the plate straight at the LEO's and I have never had a problem since, or been stopped.
