looking at different options here! I know some people have put Uly rearsets on an Ss. I need some imput on these.

Im hoping they move the pegs down and back alittle but will settle for one or the other also.

Being a fat ass 6'3" (240lbs)i need little more room and hoping these might do the trick.

If not..... any other options for me??


BTW, heading should say rear-sets!

I would like to know how this works as well. I'm only 5'10" and my knees still are so bent that I get cramps after about 2 hours. Hoping that maybe this and a Corbin will make my Ss comfy on long rides.

I laugh every time I see someone post here how the Ss is good for tall riders. But the Uly is too tall (and ugly to me).

I just changed mine after seeing pics of Lost in ohio's SS in the Big, Bad & Dirty board.

Back to your question the Uly rearsets will drop your pegs about 3" straight down.

Are the XT pegs the same as the uly pegs?

Yes, all 06-08 Ulys have same pegs, all the 09's have the new pegs.

I don't think XB-S/R pegs are interchangable with XB-X pegs.

R pegs will not fit on the Uly.

I just measured and the uly pegs are a 1/4 inch or so narrower at the mounting point.

wow, thats more then i thought.. still going to try it though whenever i find a cheap set this winter!!
