Refresh..2 weeks ago, I was ticked 88 in a 55... Well, Happy to say I am not in Jail. Thank God. And My License was NOT suspended. I was not able to get the charge reduced, But staying out of jail, and keeping my license was the 2 most important things. I was fined 300 dollars, but Thats not going to kill me. If you get a ticket, get a lawyer.. side note..Police officer could not pronounce BUELL, So He spelled it..B.U.E.L.L and then added, "One of those Ninja type bikes" | ||

Insurance rates are going to be murder for you with an RD on your record. Im suprised the lawyer couldnt get it dropped down at least a bit. | ||

Always find the lawyer that either #1. Plays golf with the Judge. #2. Plays golf with the Prosecutor. #3.Plays golf with both of them. That way your sure to get a better deal as long as you didn't kill anyone. L8R, JM | ||

I know insurance is going to go up, but hopefully not to bad. I have had the same agent for ever. I know not being able to get the reckless reduced sucks, but no suspension, or jail time. Virginia is so heavy handed on reckless driving now, I consider myself lucky, after going 33MPH over the posted limit, that I am not sitting in jail, with no license. Yes, it could have gone a bit better, but it also could have gone a whole hell of a lot worse. | ||
