Guys
Thought I should share a couple of pics with y'all.
I ordered from Roc the air scoop and oil cooler scoop in gold carbon fibre for my 9S, and they arrived tonight. Of course, I had to fit them straight away, so I forgot to eat dinner. Never mind - priorities are important! Other than elongating a couple of holes, the bits fit on nicely. And the quality of finish is excellent. Can't wait to see it in the sun tomorrow - 39 deg C (approx 110 deg F).
If anyone is thinking of getting some of Roc's parts - I highly recommend him.

The last I knew Roc hadn't decided whether or not he was going into the exotic material bodypart business. Looks like he may have decided to........Does he have a site to go to or did you just shoot him an email telling him what you were after?

No site for Roc yet. He is in the midst of mortal combat with some folks he chose to use as manufacturers. He is also looking for a job, damn.

However, with the exception of moving, he would do about anything to have a profession that kept him around motorcycles; so he will keep after it.

Trusty – I’m happy you like the parts. “Elongating a couple of holes”, that is being worked on. Do you have a 748 Ducati?

Well that 39 degree C day got to 40.3 - hottest November day in 90 years. It is gonna be a hell of a summer!

Rokoneer - I learnt of Roc through this site - and damn glad I did! This board just keeps on giving!

Roc - I used to have a Duc' 748 ('98). I just continued with the name - kinda got used to it! Loved the bike - but the servicing costs killed me.

Reuben - I wasn't sure of the gold matching the yellow either, but I figured it was less of a risk than the blue or red. plus it was available! But i like it - different enough so it doesn't look like it is a mismatch for the other colour on the bike, yet a similar colour so it matches. If you know what I mean ! LOL
