Yup - The dealer expects to have it by the end of this week, and it should be ready for me to pick up early next week. Then I have a couple days to do the 620 mile break in, do the first service, and install all the stuff I'll need so I ride it down to meet for the NJ Track Day. |

Can't pick it up at the factory and ride it down to Georgia? |

I'd have SO much fun trickin' out a CR! I'd HAVE rig up some Star Wars-esque blasters on top of those scoops, with some big warning decals on the sides..... ~SM |

I wonder if there is anyway that Buell could make those air scoops larger? I do not think it will ever appeal to me. |

I Saw a red one this weekend. Reminded me of the guard guy in Tron. Didn't do anything for me, even though I had the toy of that guard guy and really like it. DOOM |

Neither 1125 is for me. Give both bike a new body. Not a XB airbox lid,not a XBR tailsection and not a damn close looking XBRR front faring. The CR's headlight and screen I'm ok with. Just not the rest. Remember when the XB came out?? It was a all new appearance. |

+1 To me the 1125's look "rushed-to-get-to- market". I'm not really seeing the originality of them like I did with the XB's. "Different in Every Sense"? no. (Message edited by buellinachinashop on September 29, 2008) |

Call me crazy, but the more I look at it, the more I like it. I can't come to grips with the R, but the CR is my kind of Bike! |

and not a damn close looking XBRR front faring. Ever think that may have been the reason for the xbrr fairing to look the way it did, a prototype of sorts? I don't know that as a fact, but it makes sense. |

From the top the scoops look like big ant pinchers ! I demo'd one at York, sweet ride....more than I could use at my age and skill level. I'll stick with the TT... |
