I unbolted the tail section today to see if I could raise it up a few inches without changing the select seat. It looks easily doable and i'm sure I can make the actual bracket to raise it. It's the spacer to fill the gap that would give me trouble.

If you've made your own, please post some pics.

I will probably try to make something out of flat aluminum.

I can't see paying over $100 for the ready made brackets from Europe.
