thought I saw you getting on the track for the parade lap I was there on my 12R. One of these yr's I'll get to the Dragon looks like it was a fun ride

What day were you at the gap? I was there monday night and tuesday morning early. That was my first time on the road, Holy crap I could not beleive that someone would actually pave such an insane road. |

Tuesday just after lunch. The road was originally a path through the mountains, and eventually became US129. Did you check out the photographer's websites to see if there's a picture of you? I believe Killboy, Moonshine, and Zee Photo were there. Here's a pic of the "Toll Gate Cabin on Parson's Turnpike-1890" which was the name of the original path which is now US129 at Deal's Gap:
