i would like to get a more upright position on my R... however the solutions seem to be big bucks... heli-bars or lsl super bars... i did the search and cant find anything... will an S upper tree and some low 7/8 bars work? |

For my GSXR I just drilled two holes in the upper triple clamp and screwed on two dirt bike handlebar clamps. I do need to get longer clutch and brake cable/lines now. |

You can use an S upper triple with the City X bars. I could use the Firebolt triple if you dont want it! |

When I get tired of one bar, I just ride conservatively to the next one. Oh, and ride sober. That's about the cheapest way to change bars on a R. Oh, wait... you meant... sorry. |
