Yes.
I mounted them with 3M auto molding adhesive.
You can get it at the auto parts store, it's the stuff they use for putting side molding on cars.

I chouldnt figure it out when i was trying to remove my reflectors

those look like it.. mine are just a different brand. I hacked my tail section off.. I drilled hole in that part for the wires to go through
