I’ve heard that Buell changed header manufactures in 2006 and was wondering if there was a difference in the quality? And if so, would it matter if they were ceramic coated? Thanks in advance. | ||

Not sure of the year.. From what heard magnets stick to the later ones and that does indicate a lower grade stainless.. | ||

Your right Tedd. Tried it by self. My 04 has absolutely no sticky from a magnet. Tried magnets on the later bikes 2006 and up and the magnet gets some action going. Lower grade of SS I suspect. Iron in it which attract magnets. |
