But - I don't like the idea of chucking gravel all over the place - particularly over bikes following me. Anyone with the ability to make carbon fibre parts think a hugger might be possible - replacing that dinky little guard currently sitting at my back wheel??? Was crusing and ran into a new Chip and Seal process. Threw crap all over my self and the bike. took me over an hour of cleaning to get all of the tar and rocks off of my bike. I'm telling you guys, removing the "cheese grater"/"urinal" from the XB9S will liken you to those fellas back in the day that removed the "split" from the 1963 "split window" Corvette.... They even had aftermarket removal kits to make them look like 64's.... Mind you, this is all said tounge-in-cheek.... It took me a few day to get used to the new riding position. I now have a lot more command of the bike, and can get it over to a nice angle.
