After putting the lower pegs on my 'bolt, the pedals are high.

What are my adjustment options?

Brake: looks like it can be adjusted by the rod but doesn't look like it will lower by much. Lower piece rests on a shouldered bolt. Is this right?

Shifter: looks like just rotate upper piece on the splined shaft a couple of teeth and that will do it. Is this right?

You can adjust both the rear brake and shifter.

On the brake and the shifter there is threaded rod that can be adjusted adjust.

And yes you can also adjust the piece on the shift shaft, but you want to keep the angle fairly close to 90 deg..
