I just changed the primary drive back to the stock 12 set up and now the bike is being difficult.
I am having a hard time down shifting.

Clutch is has been adjusted.... and re-checked.
Fresh oil in the primary...

The only thing I can think of is I have the primary chain to tight and I will check it AGAIN when I get home.

Does anyone else have a idea what I should look for?

Shifter Pawl adjustment!!

I put some new gears in my Sporty and a Baker Smooth shift kit, and I have an occasional miss from 3rd to 4th. Gonna take it apart and readjust the Pawl over the weekend. : (
