Hey guys. new to the forum. been lurking around for the past couple days. currently riding a 1990 Honda Hawk GT (NT650) V-Twin looking at picking up the new 09' XB9SX to replace my hawk as my daily commuter to and from NYC and all around fun bike for the weekends. It's great to have a wealth of information and resource like these forums. Thanks alot. Also, posted my info to the Buell Rider Assistance Network if anyone ever needs anything i'll do what i can. I'm in Long Beach, Long Island, NY. |

Welcome. The Hawk is one of the best bikes Big Red ever built, but it will feel positively primitive once you get your Buell. Believe it or not, I think the Buell gets better mileage, too. Good luck. |

Welcome to the board Surferp. Prepare yourself one hell of a motorcycle experience. The bike itself is a large piece of the equation but the people you will meet here are like no other. They really make owning a Buell worthwhile. |
