Here are some pics of the Race Muffler I am wanting to trade. The usual little bit of rust by exhaust outlets, there is a scratch on the left side (as seen in pic 2), overall I would say it is in very good condition.

Let me know if you would be interested in trading for a D&D (preferably) or a Drummer to fit a XB9S.

You do know that the race pipe is worth enough to sell on ebay and buy a brand new D&D pipe.Not to mention the race pipe is better overall in comparison to most other pipes.Just Saying

Is it painted or ceramic coated black? Because I thought the race pipes were all silver.

It has to be painted black look at the 3rd pic where the straps have overspray.I would imagine it wouldnt be to hard to clean it up and remove the paint though.

Man I love my race pipe but if I was gonna get a different pipe it would for shure be the D&D it looks sweet sounds strong and is built very well.Looks good Lightningstrikes

If you want optimal performance out of it, yes. The race ECM is designed to work with the race muffler. As the D&D has a different power band the fuel map is not perfect for the D&D. The D&D is a midrange power band muffler with peak power and torque lower in the RPM range than the Race muffler. I thing the peak power and torque for the D&D was 5600 RPM and the Race muffler is higher around 6200 RPM. Check out the americansportbike.com exhaust shootout for exact details.
