We avid Buellers become engrossed in not only our passion for bikes, but in the advances in technology that we acredit to EB himself.

After touring the new Harley Museum (and was surprised at the Buell presence), I have found where Mr. Buell has gotten his ideas!

Whhhhooooollaaaaaaaa.....Belt tensioning..circa 1903....



and underslung exhaust.....circa 1925.



Just goes to show that old school engineering can and will come full circle.

PS..the XBr prototype drawings are amazing, as is the XBr protoype on display.

Dont forget the fuel as part of the frame circa 1912 and the short wheel base, (sub 50 inches) and the ZTL front brakes... (ZEro THERE, LIMEY!)
