I believe those are Team Latus modified TT's that are racing. Joe Kopp on #3 for Team Latus

The handle bars and complete Foot peg assembly are off the Ulysses.

The exhaust is most likely something Latus cooked up. They did the same thing for their 1125R that they are racing.

Looks like a Burns muffler. I was doing some work for Hals to use the Burns, but I don't think it got the HP numbers they were happy with.

It's also quite loud.
