I love it, it looks great and helps keep some of the heat off...noticable but don't expect miracles.

To do it on the bike, wrap one header from the junction up to the end by the head. Then come down from the back one and cover that whole junction as you head behind the plastic cover. Get the skinnier 1" and 50' cause 25' is cutting it close. I think I used about 30'.

I wrapped mine on the bike. I started with the rear pipe at the head down to the junction. I then wrapped the front head all the way to the header outlet. This covers up the rea ending at the junction. I used radiator clamps to hold the ends in place. I then covered the motor with aluminum foil, tape and threw a sheet over the bike before I sprayed hi-temp paint.

Don't forget to wet the wrap before you start!!

I wrapped my pipes before i ever rode the bike.
I took the wrap off this past May...
What a dumb move, the weather combined with the pipe heat cooks me. Atop that all my friends say my bike lost its soul. Apparently the sound note got higher without the wrap. It backfires less with wrap also.
wet the wrap in a 5 gallon bucket when applying, same for removal.

Anyone do this with a micron? Got pics? I know people have done it to microns with full body kits but haven't seen it without.
