Can the 04's accept the lifetime belts or do you still have to change something? It's 5300 obo.   Ted Posted on Friday, July 04, 2008 - 12:29 pm:        04 belts arent lifetime. I think they're good for 30k miles. an 03 may have bad wheel bearings that a recall was done on. I never went to see it, but it had a dent in the frame and part of the rear swing arm is missing (right side top piece). not to mention some scuffed pipes. I'm not paying that much for a damaged bike. Well, maybe if it were a xb12s.
