Author Message   Retrittion Posted on Thursday, July 03, 2008 - 09:47 pm:        So, I'm in the car sitting at the light on a local off-ramp with my fiancee (she's driving) and a new looking Honda CBR600RR (or whatever the current name is) pulls by us turning the other way... ...and I said "I'm glad my bike doesn't sound like that" (I used to have a CBR). ...and she said "you mean like a pissed off lawn mower?", completely serious. I now have a rocket with a deep growl till around 11k! But seriously, your fiancee is awesome! I have a friend's wedding on Saturday. I told my wife I was going to ride up to Wisconsin for Thursday and/or Friday of the Homecoming. She wasn't as cool. This is the same woman that use to encourage me to go to Ensenada every November. Things changed when we were married. Not overnight, but the rules have certainly changed. Hope your fiancee remains as awesome as she is now. My Aprilia Tuono, with it's high revving engine(11,000rpm) sounds like a pissed off lawnmower, perhaps, to some...but it is a performance motorcycle..Don't get me wrong.
