Im wondering if anybody could get me some pictures, or a diagram of how to route the Interactive Exhaust Cable from the actuator to the exhaust. Also, does the stock muffler use any kind of gasket when attached to the headers? I really need to get a service manual. |

I'll get a better look later but mine from what i see runs by the starter between the solenoid and the motor itself and then in front of the front main pulley with all the wiring behind the cover. Muffler just clamps on , no gasket or sealant needed unless you you have a stubborn leak. Header at the Cylinder Head uses Exhaust gaskets. |

Are there any cables or hoses that it follows down? |

Not that I noticed going by the starter, it was just the cable. You getting some binding in the cable? I'm making a pipe well finishing the pipe today so when im in the process of installing it i'll check further into the cable routing for you. It will be later today though so maybe someone else who knows exactly where this cable routes too will post up. |

I am switching the bike back to stock this weekend from the racekit. The Cable was removed, so Im just wondering how it was routed stock, so that I dont get any binding in it, or manage to melt/cut it. |

Randomchaos the cable is running from the left side crossing over to the right between the engine and fan with a bundle of wires down to the starter then in front of the main pulley. So yes it is following some wiring. Sorry for the mistake. |

Dont like the way the racekit makes the bike run, as well as the noise. |
