should copper rtv sealant be used with teh tapered gaskets on an xb for a better chance of not having any leaks? or will the sealant burn up? i read it is rated for 700 degrees

I don't think it will do you any good brother, your header will get too hot, when at operating temp you can light a cigarette off of them bad boys... I've done it b4 when i forgot my lighter, kida hot on the old nose tho
