I just started messing with ECMspy on my bike and without a dyno or wideband O2 sensors it's going to be tough tuning by the "seat of my pants" method, especially when what feels good to me may not be good for the engine.

Anyways... All I've done so far is reset the TPS, AFV, and leaned the "popping-zone" a little bit. I don't feel comfortable tuning the entire RPM-TPS range. So my question is, is there a database for fuel maps that other people have sucessfully used? I don't necessarity want to copy and paste their maps, BUT, it would be nice to get an idea of where I am at compared to other people and their mods. I understand that no two bikes are the same, but I think it would help to get the general idea of adjusting my fuel maps.

BTW... my bike is an 05 XB12Scg with a race ECM, K&N filter, ported airbox, and Jardine pipe.

Someone will come along sooner or later and say the following...

"every bike is different, the wear, climate, rider style, ect." No two maps properly tunned will look similar.

So, with that said I would recommended datalogging by using the save disk in ecmspy, then loading that data to megalog viewer. Then use VE analyzer to analyze your logged data from your rides. It tells you exactly what to do in the ecmspy tuning guide. Information of gold IMO.

Again, I'm not looking to burn others' maps into my ECM, I'm just looking for something to compare to and to determine trends and differences, that's all.

What is the VE analyzer? Is it part of the megalog viewer?
