Anybody install the 9301 - Dobeck Techlusion ’’Electronic Jet Kit’’ If so what kind of experience did you have?

Have an 07 Lightning that runs a little rough, especially below 4000 RPM. Suspect a lean mix from the ECM. I think if I enrich the idle circuit, things will smooth out.

The bike is still under warranty so I don’t want to change the ECM fuel map or put in a race ECM in.

Have K&N filter & stock muffler.

They add fuel only.
The first one I bought was junk, George replaced it with another new one, it worked ok till I took it off for a tps reset and never put it back on.
Use EcmSpy.

If I use ECM spy to add fuel by resetting the fuel map and then need something fixed under warranty I'll probably be out of luck.

At this point, I think all I need to do to stop the rough running and stumbling is to add fuel, probably just in the idle circuit.

I know with ECM spy I can adjust the timing as well. What else can it do?

Umm, so buy a second ECM and spy that one and keep your original stock one on hand in case you need it.

Just store the factory settings for your ecm and reload them before taking it in for service. Do a little research on BadWeb about ECM spy and you'll find you can do a lot more than just smooth out a rough spot in your rpm curve.
