Bought On April 11th 2003, I know have over 10,000 miles on her. Only had one problem so far, and that was the 2 oil lines rubbing together through the steel braids, parts finally came in and they will be changed this saturday. I am so glad I did not let my friends talk me out of getting a Buell. This bike was built for me!!!!

Nice. I ride about 4,000 miles a year and have only 10,000 miles on my car in 18 months.

You doing laps around the country?

I got you beat:
I bought my 03' XB9R May 2nd this year and now have 11,410 miles. I had the same steel hose problem, and a whenever wet problem that would'nt let it start for hours. But thats it.
My personal best include:
23k in one year (2002)on my old X1 &
875 miles in 1 day(just under 17 hours)on the XB9R.

1000 miles in one day.

6000 miles in two weeks (a couple of days in that I didn't even sit on the S1)

All to go to the 20th Anniversary Event and get my bike signed by "The Man"

I'd go back to Wisconsin without even a second thought about it.

Newfie, Viros,

I can relate :)

I put 4600 on the Blast in about 7 days (seperated by a week in the middle) and about 1200 on the loaner S3 while "relaxing" for a week in Iowa. After being on that S3 for a week I realised what a big deal it was to ride a Blast that far. BTW, best day on the Blast, 750 miles in 16 hours (according to the guys at Zook's mine should count double!!)

Ski,

Congrats dude! Are you going to be at the Golden State Brag meeting in Glendale at the end of this month?

James

Don't know if I am in the same league as you, but I have 1100 miles in 2 weeks. Break in was a killer. Still looking for a pipe, any suggestions? Would like to get a D&D, but they seem to have some delivery problems

I have one other question to ponder, why don't I see any other Firebolts on the road? Seem to sold a few.

Viros,
Yeah I'd say ya Have me, not by much though, I'll catch ya though. Going to TQ Fest next month. I average about 700+ miles a week (commute 122 a day and play on weekend at least once).

Kaese,
My break in was 55mph for 50 miles, then Drive it Like ya Stole it since
