Is it an issue in the electrical or wiring? Just asking, worth checking -- otherwise/in addition: Warm the engine up -- put your gear on after you start it up, give it time. Don't lug the engine -- they REALLY don't like it. Ride it harder -- you should be at 3.5-4K RPM most times, running lower will result in poor functioning and issues like fouled plugs. No short hops -- take the long way. It is a good indication that the Buell is happy when the fan goes on while riding or at least clicks on when you park -- the fan is your friend, not your enemy. By blipping the throttle, I mean at all. I've noticed a lot of people like to blip at stops, or while coasting to a stop, or just before they start from a stop, that sort of thing. Just don't blip the throttle at a stand still from right off idle. The flywheel is way too heavy on the bikes to blip at idle. Once you're underway, blip away.
