with just simple hand tools you can swap one out and have it all back together inside of 20 minutes.

I should know, I did exactly that in the factory parking lot at homecoming two years ago.

Yeah, and it NEEDS to be made out of Metal. I have Plastic Models with Chrome Plated Plastic, holds up great on them...But a Headlight Bucket?????

Aluminum highly polished or chrome plated would be good enough. Most likely chrome plated.

Chrome Plated Steel. 100 million bumpers cant be wrong.

I never took mine out when I had the Firebolt, but it looks like a fairly simple part.
Why doesn't somebody(I don't have the equipment) just make a mold of the OEM part and cast some aluminum parts?

Secondary machining and polish the reflector - lifetime reflector.
Drop-in replacement, everybody wins...
