Do you knock off the mounting brackets for the cowl, or do you keep them on? Do they do anything else other than hold the cowl on? Thank you. DOOM | ||

Yeah the only purpose of the front two threaded tabs is for securing the chin fairing and also the lower mounting point on the lower side fairings. I am sure you could remove them with a cutting wheel and grinder, along with all the other mounting brackets as well if your going totally naked with it. |
