For those of you that have a Select Seat and a girlfriend....does she still slide forward and crush your junk? I've got this problem BAD with my stocker seat now! I'm just looking for a seat, possibly the select, that accommodates her comfort and keeps her in place! …any input is appreciated!

Don't know about the seat, I have a Corbin...but when I have my wife on the back, I make sure that I "always" use my rear brake first before the front. This will allow the bike to squat a little before the front is applied. Minimizing the forward motion imposed upon your passenger and your junk!!

Kyle, i have the select seat and love it! it is my 2 up seat. very comfy for 2 up riding. but when my girlfriend and i are riding. she wraps her arms around me and supports herself on the air box when we are stopping. it takes all of her weight off of me when we are riding.

even the street fighter seat was better then stock for a passenger.I ended up putting a seat cowl on mine and am now thinking of getting the select seat for me and the girl.I cant go more than about 50 miles without being in pain on the stock.

That select seat will duct water down the riders keister like nobody's business. If you ride in the rain, could get caught in the rain, or ever do a creek crossing ; ) that seat is not your friend. It is definitely not Seattle approved.

Yeah, +1 for the rain gutter. I hate getting caught in the rain. And as for the girl on the back, I'm not sure if there's a seat out there that will keep them from sliding forward. And actually the only time that happens for me is when I'm coming to a quick stop. I really love the seat though. I've had lots of long rides and am comfortable the whole time.

Just to wrap up this thread, I purchased a Select Seat and it is VERY comfortable and looks great too. My girlfriend also appreciates it as the kick-up, added padding, and the V all are a bonus! My boys don't get squished as much either!
