I took it apart to put a new tail on and i cant remember or figure out how to put it back on. thanks

The lock cylinder has a flat spot on it. Just line it up stick it in....there is a flat clip that goes on the inside that slides into the grooves of the lock cylinder. There should be a philips screw that holds the arm that the cable attaches too.

Disregard. I was missing a piece. In my rage I stumbled on the missing piece that i must of dropped in disassembly. Thanks for the help.
