So I came across a thread where the guy switched two wires in the headlight connector so that when the brights were switched on the low beam remained on.

I took it a step further and made the single running low beam run the high beam instead. When I switch on the high beam both headlights are on.

Does anyone know if it's possible to make both headlamps output the same amount of light?

If you're using the same bulbs than they're putting out the same amount of light..?

Technically, they both are putting out the same amount of light. However, your S lights have two different reflector configurations.

I tried pulling an "S" housing apart to install both reflectors in the same unit and then planned on running dual filament bulbs (with some small modifications) but can't get the housing to split without any major issues. but I should know more monday, as I didnt mess with it much today.......................

my goal is both sides low beam and both sides high beam with high beam reflectors on both sides.
