Did the paint myself on my cityX. Wasn't really my style with the kick ash. Did a ford color, its Sonic Blue. Here are some pictures. Tell me what you think

That looks pretty damned close to the color on my 3, which if it is, I should point out that pictures won't do it justice. It probably looks even better in person!

I had been toying with the idea of matching my CityX to my Subaru WRX, which is WR Blue (world rally blue). It is a very similar blue to what you have there.

Does it have metal flake in it? Hard to tell from the pics - my 3's color is called 'phantom blue mica'.

When I was configuring things online and deciding what options/color I wanted, I HATED that color from the picture online and in their catalogues - then I ran across one in person at Ford one day and man, is it gorgeous in the flesh. I ended up waiting nearly three months for my car because I insisted on that color and had to have it ordered from Hiroshima. =D

There is a little bit of orange peel on the top of the tank by the dash. I have no idea why it didn't orange peel all over i geuss I just got lucky.....and as to Darthane's comment...i have no idea if it has metal flake but it definetly sparkles in the sun the pictures dont do it justice
