I just put a new, self-chopped rear fender on my 03 XB9S. The right blinkers work fine, but the left rear blinker now just stays on constantly. Any ideas on what could cause this? Any other details needed?

Ohhhh...duuuuuuuuuh! You're the man Rah. The other connections were hidden beneath the shock reservoir. That's what I get for starting a project on Thursday and finishing it Monday!

only reason I know of that is I had a guy buy a light and did the same thing and I thought my light was broken, had me worried!!! But got it figured out!
and no, I promised his name would never be mentioned with this problem

Glad you got it!
