I don't let anyone ride my bike, but last summer my friend let me use his brand new Mean Streak for a week, so today when he asked to borrow mine to go on a ride with some buddies (we're rebuilding his engine right now) I let him take it.

Here's what I get sent to me a little later! Great!

But he brought it back washed, full of gas, and re-set to my suspension settings. The guy taking the video and on the KTM has an XB12 BTW, so it was looked after by a Bueller. If that counts for anything.

KTM video: Note the mush higher exhaust! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrRQt6a-pBg

It's all fun n' games until you seize an axle in a wheel bearing trying to swap tires!

Blown kawasaki motor!?

It didn't look like the axle's were actually submerged, so I don't think they got much more wet that a good long ride in the rain. Besides, I load those bad boys up with plenty of anti-seize, and (unfortunately) I'm time for new tires here very soon, so I'll be taking them off before long.
