Looking at a used 2006 XB12X Ulysses. Does anyone know if the specs on the 06 and 07 models are the same? If not what are the differences? Do the 06's have any specific problems? Thanks, Ed | ||

07 has progressve springs, a different seat, a couple of wire guards and a different fuel map. All can be retrofitted to an 06. | ||

I posted this in a thread a few weeks ago: 2006 was the first year 2007 has a lower seat, different inner air box, different front fork springs, different oil pump drive gear, Pirelli Scorpion Sync tires and a few other little things 2008 brings in a new motor, new fuel injection system, bigger oil cooler, different front forks to decrease turning radius, heated grips, heat deflectors under the seat, new accessory system under the flyscreen, new colors, and a few other small changes. | ||

I believe that the oil pump drive gear was upgraded on all 06 XB's |
